CLINICAL BIOCHEMISTRY

A variety of tests are performed to assist in the diagnosis and prognosis of many diseases, effected by measuring biological substances in the blood and urine samples profiling the function of many crucial organs including: liver, bile duct, kidneys, renal, bone, heart (cardiovascular diseases), adrenal gland and evaluating the risk for diabetes.

HAEMATOLOGY

IMMUNOLOGICAL, HORMONAL and TOXICOLOGICAL TESTS

Detection of immunological abnormalities through the presence of antigens and antibodies in the sample. Toxicological tests indicate the type and the amount of drugs intake. As well the hormonal balance, some of these tests include:

Semen analysis / Spermogram

  • Semen quality is evaluated both manually and through The LensHooke™ X1 Pro giving results according to the latest (6th edition) World Health Organization (WHO) manual.
  • In addition to progressive, non-progressive and immobile spermatozoa, we offer more parameters from CASA assessment to further evaluate the sperm motility; MSC, PMSC, VAP, VSL, VCL, LIN, STR, WOB, ALH, and BCF.
  • Further to the report having all necessary parameters including pH Value, Concentration, Morphology, and Motility, patients can have an image and a short video to enable immediate sperm morphology examination from their doctor.
  • Patients can choose how to receive their results, either via WhatsApp or viber or via e-mail.
